We ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday each week only. You may choose the carrier and speed of your choice at checkout.

Our macarons are packaged in airtight packaging and are completely fine during the 2-4 days of transit at room temperature. Upon arrival, please keep the macarons in their wrapped packaging and immediately place them in the fridge or freezer which allows them to settle and cool, ensuring proper texture.

Returns

Our food products cannot be returned. All orders are shipped in specifically designed packaging that ensure quality and freshness. Despite this, because of macarons’ natural fragility, some cracking or breakage of the macarons may occur during transit. This will not affect the taste or quality of the products. In our shops, we take advantage of any broken macarons and use as samples for our customers and staff.

If you think there is more than usual damage to your order upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so that we may discuss/rectify the situation. A photo will be required showing all damaged items from the order. For specific claim instructions, please email wholesale@savorpatisserie.com within 7 days of receipt.
