Is there a minimum quantity required to place an order?

No, there is not.

When will I receive my order?

All orders received by Wednesdays at 5:00 pm CST will ship by the following Wednesday, unless a specific ship window is specified. We ship Monday through Wednesday each week ONLY in order to ensure that your orders are delivered by Friday.

Help! My order was delayed by the shipping carrier and was a day late in arriving…are the macarons still safe to eat?

Yes! Our macarons are packaged in airtight packaging and are completely fine during the 2-4 days of transit at room temperature. Upon arrival, please keep the macarons in their wrapped packaging and immediately place them in the fridge or freezer which allows them to settle and cool, ensuring proper texture.

Do you offer any samples to try before I commit to ordering a large quantity?

We offer our One of Everything Gift Box of 15 as a sample option. It is $35.00 and ships for $12.50. It contains one each of all 15 of our core flavors.
